| |  | Phase I: Studies and Research. Desk research followed by a preliminary analysis of the context of enterprises that are members of Confartigianato. Interviews and focus group with a sample of Italian and immigrant entrepreneurs. 18 focus group with immigrants employees of Confartigianato. Production of research report. Phase II: Elaborating and focusing on operative tools. Definition of the training courses. Drafting of business codes of behaviour. Creation of multi-lingual informative materials. Definition of the cultural mediator service within UniCredit. Creation of an information desk within Confartigianato and UniCredit for the development of immigrant entrepreneurialism. Phase III: Sensitization, information and publicity activities. The DP will carry out sensitization and informational activities on anti-discrimination, targeted at businesses nation-wide, and at Confartigianato and its associates. Publicity activities include opening and closing conferences, anti-discrimination best practices manual. Phase IV Training activities for 42 managers and employees of the entire Confartigianato system and 14 managers and employees of UniCredit. Phase V: Experimentation and check on tools. First level of experimentation: the network of enterprises belonging to Confartigianato. Check on tools: enterprises` openness to acquire and use anti-discrimination tools. Second level: UniCredit. Check: the capacity of UniCredit system to respond to the needs of its immigrant clients through forms of immigrant banking. Third level: Interviews with 400 immigrants: both emploeeys and entrepreneurs. Check: immigrants` level of satisfaction with the experimentation sustained by UniCredit and Confartigianato system. Phase VI: Mainstreaming. Transmission of good-practices on two levels. Horizontal: employers of small and medium-sized businesses of Confartigianato, the whole employment system, immigrant employers. Vertical: the nation-wide entrepreneurial system. |
