The DP proposes to train managers and employees at Confartigianato to improve their professionalism and measure the entreprises’ adherence to codes of conduct. This strategy will also be applied to UniCredit banks in order to develop and improve migrant banking practices. These actions also require Confartigianato to start up specific offices for foreign entrepreneurs and for associated enterprises that hire and manage immigrant personnel. UniCredit must adjust to new immigrant clients and respond to potential employers` demands. |
